What should I send in with my device?
Please send only the TD Navio device itself.
- Do not include chargers, cables, accessories, or other equipment.
- Leave the protective case on the device.
You will receive clear shipping instructions, including packaging guidance, when your repair authorization (within the Unites States) or repair merchandise authorization (outside the United States) is issued.
